A wheel must be pressed and the game will select a question from six sections: <strong>Rhythm, Audition, Notation, Musical Instruments, History of Music, and Music Theory. <\/strong>To finish the game, three questions from each section must be passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It works for 1 or 2 players.<\/strong> In the case of 1 player, a score is assigned based on the success and the time taken to solve each question. In this way, the student can compete against himself seeking a higher score each time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In 2-player mode, <\/strong>no score is assigned, and the player who first completes all sections wins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Demo Video of Musical Trivial<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube aligncenter wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"More than a 1000 points - Musical Trivial\" width=\"774\" height=\"435\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2hoqCuovxZU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3>Didactic contents of Trivia level 1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The game is oriented to the basic level of musical education: its contents are very simple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Rhythm<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A four-beat random rhythm is played consisting of quarter note figures, quarter note rest, and a couple of eighth notes. The player must press the buttons corresponding to the pulse he hears in the correct order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Notation<\/strong><br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A random sequence of six notes appears on the staff from among those corresponding to the do-la hexachord. The player must press on the keyboard the notes corresponding to the sequence displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Hearing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p> three-note sequence plays while three patterns are displayed representing the sound movement of the sequence. The player must select the correct scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Musical instruments<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The player must recognize the instrument represented in the image, or respond to its classification in the wind, string or percussion families: the instruments included in the questions are:<strong> violin, cello, trumpet, horn, trombone, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, bass drum and timpani.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><br><strong>Music history<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The player must recognize the image among the following composers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> J.S. Bach, A. Vivaldi, W.A. Mozart, L. Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, and Stravinsky,<\/strong> and answer questions about the century in which he lived and the authorship of one of his most important works that sounds at the same time as the question (Bach &#8211; Brandenburg Concerto n5, Vivaldi-La Spring of the Four Seasons, Mozart-The Little Night Serenade, Beethoven-The Hymn to Joy, Tchaikovsky-The Lake of the Swan and Stravinsky-The Rite of Spring.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Musical theory<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The player must recognize the following musical elements and signs: <strong>staff, treble clef, time signature, bar line, final bar line, quarter note,  quarter note and eighth note,<\/strong> and answer questions about the equivalences of the figures presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Comments<\/strong><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Trivial level 2 is also published and Trivial level 3 is in preparation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have started a series of short videos with preparatory information for each of the sections, including all the answers to the questions that may appear in Trivia and other games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comments, criticisms, contributions and recommendations from users or professionals of music education who use this game are very welcome.
